The curatorial work is the editing. Each brand we carry fills a specific slot in the architectural lighting brief — chosen for what it does, not for what's on offer.
Specification starts with the brief: sector, environment, photometric requirements, control protocol, mounting conditions. If nothing in the portfolio fits, the answer is to say so rather than push something that doesn't.
Every order ships by air from Europe to Australia, with tracking from factory dispatch to site delivery. Typical lead time 2–4 weeks ex-factory. One contact point through to commissioning.
Support through commissioning — photometric verification, controls programming, warranty claims handled direct with the manufacturer. The project team doesn't become the intermediary.
